About This Tool

A parlay (also called an accumulator or acca) combines multiple bet selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. If any one selection loses, the entire parlay loses.

The upside: combined odds multiply, so returns can be very large from small stakes. The downside: probability of all selections winning multiplies too, so parlays are harder to win than any individual bet. This calculator shows the combined odds and payout for any set of selections you input.

Sample Calculations

Common inputs and their outputs to help you understand what the tool produces.

3 selections at 1.90 each, ₹500 stake

Combined odds 6.86. Total return ₹3,432 (winnings ₹2,932). Combined implied probability 14.6% (needs to hit ~1 time in 7).

5 selections at 2.00 each, ₹200 stake

Combined odds 32.00. Total return ₹6,400 (winnings ₹6,200). Combined implied probability 3.13% (needs to hit ~1 time in 32).

2 selections at 1.50 and 2.50, ₹1,000 stake

Combined odds 3.75. Total return ₹3,750 (winnings ₹2,750). Combined implied probability 26.67%.

Warning: high combined odds mean low probability

A 10-leg parlay with all 1.90 odds has combined odds of 613 but implied probability of just 0.16% (~1 in 613). Long-term expected value is negative.

Parlay / Accumulator Calculator: Frequently Asked Questions

What is a parlay bet?

A parlay (also called an accumulator or acca) combines 2 or more bet selections into a single bet. Odds of each selection are multiplied together to get the combined odds. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out; if any one loses, the entire parlay loses.

Why are parlay returns so large?

Because odds multiply. Three selections at 1.90 have combined odds of 1.90 × 1.90 × 1.90 = 6.86. Five selections at 2.00 have combined odds of 32.00. But probabilities multiply the same way: three 50% events all happening = 12.5% combined probability, not 50%.

Are parlays a good bet?

Parlays have higher house edge than single bets because bookmaker margin compounds across each leg. Long-term, parlays lose money faster than singles. However, they offer high-variance excitement and the possibility of large wins from small stakes. Use parlays for entertainment value, not as a consistent-return strategy.

What is the maximum number of selections in a parlay?

This calculator supports up to 12 selections. Most sportsbooks allow parlays of 2 to 15 selections. The more selections you add, the higher the combined odds but the lower the probability of all winning. Very large parlays (10+ legs) have combined win probabilities under 1%.

Can I combine cricket and casino bets in a parlay?

Generally no. Parlays typically combine multiple sports betting selections. Casino outcomes settle instantly and don't combine well with delayed sports bets. Most sportsbooks restrict parlays to sports betting markets only. Some allow cross-sport parlays but not cross-vertical parlays.

What happens if one selection is void or postponed?

If one selection in your parlay is voided (e.g., rain-abandoned cricket match, postponed event), that leg is removed and the parlay recalculates with the remaining selections. Your combined odds decrease accordingly. Different platforms have slightly different rules; check the specific parlay rules on Lotus 365 Blue.

Can I cash out a parlay?

Cash-out on parlays is available on many platforms when partial selections have won or lost. The cash-out value depends on how many selections have already settled and the current odds of remaining selections. Cash-out amounts are always less than the potential full win, in exchange for guaranteed partial return now.

What is a system bet or full cover parlay?

System bets (like Trixie, Yankee, Lucky 15) are groupings of multiple parlays and singles from the same base selections. They provide partial payout even if not all selections win. This calculator handles single parlays only; system bets require more complex calculations.
